Tuition Exchange Policy

Purpose

Columbia College maintains a tuition exchange benefit program for children of eligible employees, provided certain requirements are satisfied. This policy provides additional details about this program.

Scope

This policy applies to eligible full-time College staff.

Policy

Columbia College is affiliated with two tuition exchange programs the (1) Council of Independent Colleges (CIC) and (2) Tuition Exchange, Inc. (TE).    Membership in these organizations provides the opportunity for full-time College employees to permit their non-emancipated children to attend other member institutions with a reduced or no charge for tuition. Eligible employees who are interested in this program should contact the Human Resources Office for further details.  A list of member institutions can be accessed via the following links:
